Yes. It is 1.5X at the hourly rate. For example, if my hourly rate at the time of your project was $100, then the hourly rate for expedited rush projects are $150 per hour. I can work evenings, weekends, and all nighters.

No. You must make payments via Upwork Escrow. There are many options including Direct Hire, Fixed Price escrow as well as flexible payment options including debit card, credit card, and bank transfers.

You can easily make a payment through Upwork.com. There is also a direct contract option for new clients. Upwork Escrow offers many benefits minimizing any risks. Upwork charges a 3% fee that I will cover. Once the project has been completed successfully to your liking, you can release the project funds.

If you have found me on Upwork, you will need to cover Upwork's fees that can be found on Upwork's User Agreement, § 7.1 Opting Out:
You may opt out of the obligations in Section 7.1 with respect to each Upwork Relationship only if the Client or Freelancer pays Upwork a Conversion Fee which is a minimum of $1,000 USD and up to $50,000 USD for each Upwork Relationship, unless Client and Freelancer have had an Upwork Relationship for at least two (2) years.
